Valid Action Rules
Aletheia should only surface items that resolve into an executable next step.
If
an item names a concrete step with a verb and object the user can act on now
Then
treat it as a valid action candidate.
If
an item includes a real trigger or changed condition with a source that can be checked
Then
keep it eligible for surfacing.
If
the user can complete, snooze, or ignore the item without extra interpretation
Then
keep it in the action pipeline.
If
the item has a defined consequence for acting or not acting
Then
score it for urgency and ranking.
If
the item is only a topic, thesis, or market observation with no next step
Then
reject it as not action-ready.
