- Completed, snoozed, dismissed, blocked, duplicate, or stale items are removed before ranking.
Make the cut
- Sort candidates by total priority score, then keep only the top 3 to 5 items.
- Show fewer than 3 only when the system does not have enough qualified actions. Never pad with weak tasks.
Deduplicate intent
- If two tasks lead to the same outcome, keep the higher-scoring one and hide the rest.
- Focus Mode should represent distinct decisions, not multiple versions of the same task.
Priority calculation
Score = consequence + time pressure + confidence + fit + leverage
Every eligible task receives a score from 0 to 100. The queue is sorted by total score. Ties break toward the earlier deadline, then the stronger consequence of delay, then the shorter path to completion.
